Buy for just £900 per property / unit

A third of residential property deals fall through. Offers are made before due diligence has been completed on a property and before finances are ready.  Sellers in turn don’t feel any obligations to the buyer. 

With Vesta, when the seller accepts an offer the buyer pays a £900 fee. 

The buyer has demonstrated commitment and the seller is now prepared to reciprocate by instructing Vesta that no more offers are to be considered.

This simple mechanism provides security to both parties who now have the space to finalise the details.  But with much of the due diligence already completed by Vesta the conveyancing process can move quickly.

Financial analysis

Each property comes with an in-depth financial analysis that demonstrates your potential pre-tax profits*. The data includes:

  1. Total acquisition costs - this includes stamp duty, deposit, mortgage, and fees
  2. Rental income - this includes calculations for gross yield, net yield and estimates for fully managed operating costs
  3. Profit and growth - this includes estimates for annual (pre-tax) profits and house price growth over the last 5 years

Request a viewing

We work hard to provide you with the information that you need to make an informed decision. There are occasions when some of our investors prefer to visit the property before buying.

NOTE: As most of our properties are tenanted we will need to give notice and work with both of you to find a time that suits.

Offer & completion

Making an offer is simple and straightforward and one of the Vesta team can guide you through the process.

If your offer is accepted you will be charged a buyers fee of £900 which will take the property off the market and protect the deal.
