Buy for just £900 per property / unit

A third of residential property deals fall through. Offers are made before due diligence has been completed on a property and before finances are ready.  Sellers in turn don’t feel any obligations to the buyer. 

With Vesta, when the seller accepts an offer the buyer pays a £900 fee. 

The buyer has demonstrated commitment and the seller is now prepared to reciprocate by instructing Vesta that no more offers are to be considered.

This simple mechanism provides security to both parties who now have the space to finalise the details.  But with much of the due diligence already completed by Vesta the conveyancing process can move quickly.

Property due diligence, financial analysis and location insight

Dig into the detail of each property!

Properties come with an in-depth financial analysis that demonstrates your potential pre-tax profits* and due diligence around the property and tenancy. This includes:

  1. Property due diligence includes: photos, floor plans, features, tenancy agreements* and tenancy details.
  2. Financial analysis includes: acquisition costs, rental income (gross and net yield calculated using market averages) and estimates for annual (pre-tax) profits and house price growth over the last 5 years
  3. Location insight includes details on market demand (where available), demographics, key employment, transport and amenities - which are all key for understanding the area.
