About Gravesend, Kent

Gravesend is a town in Kent on the river Thames and lies around 21 miles southeast of Charing Cross.

The A226 runs through Gravesend and connects it to Crayford to Strood via Dartford and Gravesend. The A227 connects the town to Tonbridge. Approximately 2 miles south the A2 passes Gravesend connecting it to central London and Dover.
