Using extensive local knowledge and expertise Touchstone can help across all aspects of Lettings, Tenant On-boarding and Tenancy Management. They work with new and experienced landlords and manage a broad range of residential property.

Property Management

Touchstone tailor their service to each client and provide proven expertise across a range of property stock and tenures. Their dedicated managers ensure best practice and compliance for your tenants, properties and portfolio.

Portfolio Management

The Touchstone team are skilled in all aspects of managing portfolios, from marketing and lettings and strategic asset management; right through to their use of cutting-edge data and reporting to help keep you informed and optimise your property assets.

What is included

Touchstone’s services cover marketing and advertising your property, progressing handling customer applications and reference management through to handling all tenancy administration and move-ins. 

They will take care of rent collection, deposit monies and ensure all statutory legal checks and requirements are adhered to. Your customer can then enjoy a repairs and maintenance service 24/7, throughout the year.

Client On-Boarding

Touchstone Lettings team has vast experience of undertaking appraisals for individual properties and portfolios, and guiding new clients on their property or portfolio requirements. 

Where units are tenanted they will agree and implement an appropriate handover to ensure a seamless transition for your customer.

Tenancy Management

From referencing, credit checks and guarantors through to the drafting and signing of the tenancy, Touchstone have it covered. 

All move–in deposit monies and rent collection is handled by their team as well as the inventory and check-in process.

Property Management

Touchstone property management team are available Monday to Friday to answer any customer or client queries and handle any repairs and maintenance. 

For any matters arising outside of core hours they have an ‘out of hours’ contact centre through their parent company Places for People to provide the necessary support.

Managing Performance

Touchstone manage performance through their specialist credit control team who closely monitor all customer rent accounts, and agree a reporting structure with you around rent collection and credit control.
